Main Variable- Heroine Factor: An unknown genetic factor that grants its bearer increased physical ability. Discovered 43 years ago, theories abound as to its origins. Currently, there is no scientific answer as to how it comes about or what it actually is. Seems to be inheritable, but not tied to a specific gene. Tests became available 20 years ago, leading to the identification of superheroines. Heroine Factor only shows up in human females. Blood transfusion or bone marrow transfusion does not transfer the advantage.
Women with the Heroine Factor all share a much higher threshold for physical damage, near 100% metabolism efficiency, and sexy figures. HF bearers also have increased physical ability depending on the level of the Heroine Factor. Individual differs but as a rule of thumb, weak is 3 times/ medium is 5 times/ strong is 7 times/ very strong is 9 times the strength of a regular human being. Additionally, women with a Heroine Factor of medium or higher will manifest special abilities that can't yet be explained by science.
A lesser-known effect of the Heroine Factor is the threefold increase in the bearer's erogenous sensitivity. Heroine Factors have been observed to fluctuate depending on the woman's mental stability. The introduction of SX can depower the bearer and turn them into a horny sex slave. The Pentagon Heroine's antibody has seen moderate success in combating SX. Still, a bearer that has bonded with SX will need to constantly take SX antibodies and avoid orgasm or additional SX dosages to remain safe.

She have a daughter when she was 18 years old but has thus far refused to reveal the identity of the father. Despite her serious demeanor, she has a fun side that she shows occasionally.

Glossary:
Mega-walled Cities: Created 50 years ago, Megacities are surrounded by giant walls that kept out mutated fauna and flora. Travel between the cities can only happen with a heavily armed convoy or through space. Each city is highly automated with millions of citizens living within. So far, Mega-walled City has held against the mutants with success. Crimes are high in the cities due to the decreased resource from the federal government. New Megacities are slowly being built to this day.
Mutants: A general term for faunas and floras that have undergone rapid mutation 55 years ago. They are generally extremely aggressive towards human beings. Strange phenomena and social behaviors have been observed in mutants. Current research still can't determine the causes of these mutations.
Mutant war: Started 55 years ago, a time of turmoil that some argue is still persisting to this day. Officially it lasted 5 years, starting from the destruction of the Pentagon to the creation of Mega-walled Cities across the world. The cause is unknown but sudden explosions happen across the world. Local Fauna rapidly mutates into aggressive monsters. Wars were fought mainly between humans and mutants, but also between humans and humans. The aftermath saw nations becoming a loosely connected series of Mega-walled City states. Federal government's authority rapidly decline and focused more on taming the now deadly wilderness than internal governance.
Pentagon City: Mega-walled City build on top of the ruins of the Pentagon. Established 50 years ago, it is generally seen as the shining beacon leading the world on its recovery from the Mutant War. Though technically controlled directly by the government, it runs relatively independently as the federal leadership prefers the safety and luxury of the space stations.
Space Stations: Many space stations were created at the beginning of the Mutant War. Consider the safest place to be, most well-off governments unofficially moved their leadership into space stations. While they can visit the Mega-Walled Cities when they wish, the leadership generally stay put due to the intense resource needed for such a visit.
Superheroines: A natural response to the criminal elements rampaging through the cities. With the police force stretched thin and enforcer bots only working in areas with good internet, superheroines are the only ones who can fight criminals on equal footing. All Pentagon City Superheroines have medium Heroine Factors or above but other cities do not have the same rules.
